Free shipping for orders above €150

€4,65 shipping costs for: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Spain and Sweden.

€5,95 shipping costs for: Finland, Ireland, Norway, Poland and United Kingdom.

 

Shipping time

Estimated shipping times are in addition to processing times and delays due to international customs. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer due to Covid-19.

 

Returns

The return period is offered within 14 days after reception of the goods. 

Customers need to bear the costs incurred for trackable delivery, when returning an item. Furthermore eiapopeia does not cover the costs for customs, duties and/or taxes that may incur during international deliveries. We expect the returned items to be in the original condition, this means the items should neither be used nor damaged or returned in a dirty condition.

Please notice that the kids kantha jacket is custom made (customized on your request when you ordered) and therefore not eligible for a refund.
